We are focused on working with individuals and small business to bring their ideas to life through WordPress and Squarespace websites. Our goal is to co-create a website that is clear, modern and engaging for your intended audience.
We start from where you are and understand that our languages may vary. We will start with a conversation, followed by, well… lots of other conversations until we have a clear scope of the overall project scope, desired timeline and deliverables. This is where we provide a project estimate and decide if it feels right for us to work together.
You should know that we are doers, so if you hire us - which we hope you will - once we are set in action, we will be laser focused on you and your project. We will communicate a lot. We will give you options and ask for your input. It’s your website after all. Your input is critical but it doesn’t mean that we’ll always agree. Know we are on the same team and we won’t stop until we’ve wowed you.

1. Discovery
Think of this as our “getting to know you” phase. We will discuss the goal of the site (sales, signups, likes or information sharing), existing or desired branding and the aesthetic you want to portray.

2. Design
Since I design on existing CMS, I will create a staging link so you can view the site and provide input. You'll send me feedback, and I'll send you revisions, and we'll keep doing that until the design is complete.

3. Deploy
This is where I deal with the backend. Here I'll make sure all SEO standards are met, all links and forms are functional, any requested social media is connected properly and test on a variety of screens and browsers. You can test it and make any final changes and then I'll push the site live.

Every project is different so I don't have a set range or price list, but if you contact me with a description of your site I'll get back to you with a personalized quote based on number of pages, posts and any special requirements such as forms, social media integration, eCommerce, blogs, etc.

The more organized YOU are before we begin, the faster and more smoothly the process will unfold. With pre-planning, we have designed full sites in as little as a week but 4-6 weeks is typical. If you have a specific deadline please let us know up front an we will do our best to meet your deadline.

If you have a preference or have worked with a specific platform that’s great. But it’s our job to recommend the best tool based on the goal of your site, desired aesthetic and functionality.

You should have an outline of pages needed, copy/text for all pages and images or ideas for images if you need my help sourcing them. Check out our complimentary Web Design 101 course if you want to learn more.

No. I am not a copyrighter but I am an excellent proof reader and can edit copy as needed.

For flat fee projects, I'll quote you a single project price, half will be due up front and the other half upon completion.
Hourly projects are billed at the end of each month or at project completion. No deposit is required.
